Fishers has tried to work with private sector partners twice to create a community center for the city, but both failed in the end.  Mayor Scott Fadness appointed At-Large City Councilman Todd Zimmerman to lead a local group of people in proposing a center for the city.  So, where is the group in their work?  Todd sat down with me to update us on his group’s progress.
