In Indiana, each county’s election process is administered by the county clerk, with guidance from the Indiana Secretary of State’s office. In Hamilton County, the elected clerk is Kathy Williams. In this podcast, Ms. Williams talks about how this election cycle is so much different due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as absentee ballots, early voting, the registration deadline and how long it will likely take counting the ballots once the polls close November 3rd.
