Fishers got off to a good start, then slowly pulled away from Pendleton Heights in the second half to win 84-65 in a Friday night away game.
The Tigers led 19-9 after the first quarter and 35-26 at halftime. Fishers then poured in 49 points in the second half, with balanced scoring leading the way. Josiah Matthews had seven points in the third period, with Terry Hicks adding seven in the fourth quarter.
Matthews was the first of four Tigers in double figures with 17 points. Jordan Jones scored 15 points, Hicks added 12 and Alex Szilagyi contributed 10 points.
Fishers is now 9-9 for the season and travels to Franklin Central tonight for a 7:30 p.m. game.
