Fortunately, shootings are rare in Fishers, but there is a man, 21, in critical condition following a shooting behind the Which-Wich sandwich shop Thursday evening.  Police are looking for a suspect in the case.

The 911 call was placed after 7pm.  One witness told police a blue car was seen leaving the area after the shooting.
